Alternative Payment Method

BOX NOW COD — PAY ON THE GO

Cash on delivery is available through the BOX NOW PAY ON THE GO service. Select BOX NOW COD as the payment method during checkout. You pay only after your parcel has been delivered to your selected locker.

1. Place Your Order Select BOX NOW COD at checkout.

2. Parcel Arrives Your order is delivered to the selected locker.

3. Pay Securely Follow the payment link sent to your mobile phone.

4. Collect Your Parcel Complete the payment and collect your order.

Payment is completed through a secure VIVA environment. A VIVA account is not required. Available payment methods may include bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, IRIS, bank transfer or cash payment at participating VIVA payment points.

Payment is not made with cash at the BOX NOW locker. You must complete the payment through the instructions you receive before collecting the parcel.

BOX NOW charges are determined by the parcel size selected for the shipment. BOX NOW COD availability is shown during checkout when the service is available for the selected order.

Domestic courier charges apply to parcels weighing up to 2 kg. Additional charges may apply to heavier parcels or additional services.

Shipping charges outside Greece vary according to the destination country and parcel specifications.

The final shipping charge is calculated according to the destination country, parcel weight and parcel dimensions. The usual shipping cost for a parcel up to 1kg is approximately €10 to €25.

The €10–€25 amount is an indicative usual range. The exact charge may be lower or higher depending on the destination, weight and dimensions of the parcel.
